Applying theoretical analysis, psychophysical experiments, and computational modelling to the understanding of human vision.

Welcome to the Vision Laboratory

The laboratory focuses on many aspects of human vision including motion perception, spatial vision, and stereopsis.

Vision scientists at the laboratory use a combination of theoretical analysis, computational modelling, and psychophysical experiments to understand how the human visual system works.

Current research projects investigate the effect of optic flow on driving strategies, and depth perception from shading and second order vision.
